Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Equoria Global does not act as the seller, buyer, horse owner, agent, broker, veterinarian, trainer, transporter, insurer, payment custodian, or legal adviser in any transaction.
除另有書面約定外，Equoria Global 不擔任馬匹的賣方、買方、所有權人、代理人、經紀人、獸醫師、訓練師、運輸業者、保險提供者、付款保管人或法律顧問。
Publication of a listing or assistance with communication does not constitute a warranty regarding any horse’s quality, health, pedigree, training level, competition ability, temperament, safety, suitability, ownership, or transaction terms.
網站刊登及協助聯繫，不代表 Equoria Global 為任何馬匹的品質、健康、血統、訓練程度、競賽能力、性情、安全性、使用資格、所有權或交易條件提供保證。
- Eligibility 使用資格
You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to use this website and participate in related activities.

Submitting a listing application does not guarantee publication.

Equoria Global may accept, reject, postpone, edit, suspend, remove, or request additional information for a listing based on the completeness and credibility of the information, platform standards, editorial requirements, safety concerns, or other reasonable considerations.
Equoria Global 得依資料完整性、內容可信度、平台定位、編輯需求、安全考量及其他合理因素，決定是否接受、要求補件、修改格式、延後刊登、暫停刊登、移除內容或拒絕申請。
Anyone submitting a listing must ensure that：

• The information is accurate, current, and complete.
提交的資料真實、正確且完整。
• The applicant owns the horse or has valid authority to advertise or sell it.
申請人對馬匹具有所有權、銷售權、代理權或其他合法授權。
• All photographs, videos, text, and documents may lawfully be submitted and used.
照片、影片、文字及文件均可合法提供及使用。
• Material information regarding the horse’s health, behavior, training, injuries, medication, ownership, and transaction terms has not been deliberately concealed or misrepresented.
馬匹健康、行為、訓練、傷病、用藥、所有權及交易條件等重要資訊，均未遭故意隱瞞或不實陳述。
• Equoria Global will be informed promptly if any information changes or if the horse is sold, withdrawn, or no longer available.
資料變更、馬匹售出、撤回或停止出售時，申請人應儘速通知 Equoria Global。
- Editing of Listing Content 刊登內容的編輯
Equoria Global may adjust titles, wording, formatting, image order, categories, and layout to maintain readability and consistency.
為維持閱讀品質及網站格式，Equoria Global 得調整標題、文字、格式、圖片順序、分類及版面配置。
Any material change concerning price, ownership, health, training level, or other essential transaction information will normally be referred to the person responsible for the listing for confirmation.
涉及價格、所有權、健康、訓練程度或其他重要交易資訊的實質變更，原則上會請刊登人確認。
- License to Use Submitted Content 提交內容的使用授權
You retain ownership of the content you submit.
您保留您提交的內容的所有權。
By submitting photographs, videos, text, trademarks, documents, or other materials, you grant Equoria Global a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit, format, publish, display, communicate, and promote that content as reasonably required to provide and publicize the platform’s services.

After a listing ends, Equoria Global will stop using the content for new promotional activities within a reasonable period. Copies may remain temporarily in backups, archived pages, communication records, or previously published materials.

Horse information is primarily provided by owners, sellers, stables, or their representatives. Equoria Global may conduct basic editorial review but cannot independently verify every statement or document.
馬匹資料主要由馬主、賣方、馬場或其代理人提供。Equoria Global 可能進行基本資料整理及合理審核，但無法獨立查證每項陳述或文件。
Prospective buyers and other interested parties are responsible for：

• Verifying the seller’s identity and authority to sell the horse.

• Reviewing ownership, passport, microchip, pedigree, and competition records.

• Arranging a pre-purchase examination with a qualified veterinarian.

• Conducting a trial ride or obtaining an assessment from a suitable professional.

• Reviewing the sale agreement, payment arrangements, insurance, quarantine, transportation, and delivery terms.

Any decision to purchase, ride, handle, transport, or otherwise interact with a horse must be made by the relevant parties based on their own experience, judgment, and professional advice.
任何購買、騎乘、牽行、運輸或接觸馬匹的決定，均應由相關當事人依自身經驗、判斷及專業意見作成。
- Equestrian and Horse-Related Risks 馬術活動風險
Horses are living animals with independent behavior. Riding, trial riding, handling, leading, loading, transporting, or being near a horse may result in falls, collisions, kicks, bites, property damage, injury, or death.
馬匹為具有自主行為的動物。騎乘、試騎、牽行、裝卸、運輸及接近馬匹，都可能造成跌落、碰撞、踢咬、財物損害、受傷或死亡。
Users are responsible for selecting horses and activities suitable for their ability, wearing appropriate safety equipment, following stable rules, and seeking guidance from qualified trainers, veterinarians, or other professionals.
使用者應依自身能力選擇適合的馬匹及活動，配戴適當安全裝備、遵守馬場規定，並接受教練、獸醫師或其他合格專業人員的指導。
- Transactions and Payments 交易和付款
Price, deposits, payment methods, veterinary examinations, trial rides, insurance, quarantine, transportation, delivery, contracts, and transfer of ownership must be agreed directly between the relevant parties.
買賣價格、訂金、付款方式、獸醫檢查、試騎、保險、檢疫、運輸、交付、契約及所有權移轉，應由相關當事人直接確認。
Unless Equoria Global expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the platform does not collect or hold purchase funds, retain deposits, guarantee payment, or guarantee that any party will complete a transaction.
除 Equoria Global 另以書面明確同意外，本平台不代收或保管交易價款、不保管訂金、不保證付款，也不保證任何一方完成交易。
If paid listings or other paid services are introduced, the applicable prices, payment terms, and refund conditions will be disclosed before payment.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the Taiwan Taoyuan District Court shall be the court of first instance.
雙方應先以誠信方式協商處理爭議。協商未果時，以臺灣桃園地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
Any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-protection rule under applicable law will continue to apply.
消費者保護法、民事訴訟法或其他強制規定另有管轄要求時，依該規定辦理。
- Language 語言
These Terms may be available in English and Traditional Chinese.
本條款可能提供英文與繁體中文版本。
If there is any inconsistency between the two versions, the Traditional Chinese version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
兩個版本內容不一致時，在適用法律允許的範圍內，以繁體中文版本為準。
